Where do we ship?

Bedding and Small Furniture Items

We ship our bedding and small furniture items, e.g., dining chairs, side tables, etc., to the 48 contiguous United States.

Large Furniture Items

We ship our large furniture items, e.g., sofas, sectionals, bed frames, etc., via our network of independent LTL carriers to most areas in the lower 48 states.

 

Shipping Cost

Bedding and Small Furniture Items

All bedding and small furniture items over $50 ship for free. 
Orders under $50 will incur a $10 shipping and handling fee. 

Large Furniture Items

We offer free shipping on large furniture items to most areas in the lower 48 states.
If free shipping is not available in your area, the shipping cost will be listed at checkout before payment is required.

 

Shipping Method and Delivery Times

Bedding and Small Furniture Items

We ship bedding and small furniture orders via UPS and FedEx.
Orders are processed with 2-3 business days and tracking is uploaded once as soon as it is available.

Most bedding and small furniture orders are delivered 3-5 business days after they have been picked up by the carrier.

Large Furniture Items

We ship large furniture orders via our network of independent LTL carriers.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and tracking is uploaded if the carrier offers it.

Most large furniture orders are delivered within 10-15 business days after they have been picked up by the carrier.

 

Additional Large Furniture Order Information

Will the LTL carrier reach out to me before attempting delivery?

Yes, the carrier will contact you at least 24 hours prior to attempting delivery.

Please make sure the delivery window works for you as there will be a re-delivery fee if you miss a confirmed appointment.

Adult signature is required.

What does the delivery service include?

The carrier will accommodate 1 flight of stairs and is responsible for delivering the order to the "first dry room" (first room indoors that can hold the item).

More than 1 flight of stairs, unboxing, removal of packaging, assembly, and/or removal of old items are not included in the standard delivery service.

If you require one or more of these services, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Certificate of Insurance

Please check with your place of residence/business to confirm if a COI is required. 

If a COI is required, you (the buyer) will be responsible for providing our carrier with the required paperwork (usually a form from your building’s management company) and for arranging payment with the carrier.

 

Shipping Method (International)

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

 

Problem With Your Delivery

Bedding and Small Furniture Items

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please look around your property (it may have been left by a side door or out of sight), check with your neighbors and finally contact the carrier (perhaps the package was left on the truck).
