Cancellations

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us via on site chat or at support@thechichomestore.com, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Returns

We believe in delivering the best shopping experience possible and we offer 30 day returns on all our items. 

 

Did your item arrive damaged? Did you get the wrong item?

Get in touch with us immediately and we will work with you to make it right.

Not 100% satisfied?

If you decide your new Chic Home bedding or furniture isn't working out for you, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

All returns must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for return shipping on orders that are not damaged/defective/wrong item. We do not charge restocking fees.

The return shipping fee will depend on the item/s being returned and your location.

Return shipping fees for bedding products/small furniture items are usually between $10 and $50 per item.

Return shipping fees for large furniture items, like club chairs/sofas/sectionals, range from $100 to $300 per item.

After your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping.

Return Requirements

  • Products must be in new or unused condition (for example no tears, stains, modifications, or other signs of wear).
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts. Please don't dispose of the product packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item.
  • Any return shipping and/or custom delivery/service fees are non-refundable.
  • Proof of purchase from The Chic Home Store is required for all returns and refunds. If you purchased your Chic Home or Iconic Home item elsewhere, please contact that vendor directly.

 

 

 

 

Replacements or Exchanges

We will offer to replace any items if they are defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.

If the item you received isn’t quite what you were looking for, we will happily exchange it for you! You will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item and for the price difference if the original item is priced lower than the one you are exchanging for. 

If the original item is priced higher than the one you are exchanging for, we will credit you the difference.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post.

I still haven't received my refund. Where is it?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your card issuer and bank account for pending transactions.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@thechichomestore.com.

Shipping Your Return

Please contact us prior to shipping any item back to us. 

We will provide you return instructions, a Return Merchandise Authorization and a shipping label. 

Items sent back without an RMA may not be eligible for a refund.
