Your order should arrive 3-5 business days after it has been picked up by the carrier. Our preferred carrier is UPS, but we do partner with FedEx/USPS for deliveries to certain areas.
Large furniture orders (e.g., sofas, sectionals) are dispatched by independent carriers and usually ship within 7 business days. Most large furniture order are delivered 10-15 business days after they are picked up by the carrier. Tracking is uploaded when available.
Large Furniture Orders
All large furniture items (e.g., sofas, sectionals, bed frames, certain club chairs, etc.) are delivered by one of our partnered carriers.
The carrier will accommodate 1 flight of stairs and is responsible for delivering the order to the "first dry room" (first room indoors that can hold the item).
More than 1 flight of stairs, unboxing, removal of packaging, assembly, and/or removal of old items are not included in the standard delivery service.

Certificate of Insurance
Please check with your place of residence/business to confirm if a COI is required.
If a COI is required, you (the buyer) will be responsible for providing our carrier with the required paperwork (usually a form from your building’s management company) and for arranging payment with the carrier.

Problem with your order
If tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, please look around your property (it may have been left by a side door or out of sight), check with your neighbor and finally contact the carrier (perhaps the package was left on the truck).

Not 100% satisfied?
If you decide your new Chic Home bedding or furniture isn't working out for you, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
All returns must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for return shipping on orders that are not damaged/defective/wrong item. We do not charge restocking fees.
The return shipping fee will depend on the item/s being returned and your location.
Return shipping fees for bedding products/small furniture items are usually between $10 and $50 per item.
Return shipping fees for large furniture items, like club chairs/sofas/sectionals, range from $100 to $300 per item.
After your return has been received and approved, we will refund the purchase price less the return shipping.
- Products must be in new or unused condition (for example no tears, stains, modifications, or other signs of wear).
- Products must be returned in the original packaging with all original product inserts. Please don't dispose of the product packaging until you are sure you want to keep the item.
- Any return shipping and/or custom delivery/service fees are non-refundable.
- Proof of purchase from The Chic Home Store is required for all returns and refunds. If you purchased your Chic Home or Iconic Home item elsewhere, please contact that vendor directly.
Replacements or Exchanges
We will offer to replace any items if they are defective, damaged or if the incorrect item was sent.
If the item you received isn’t quite what you were looking for, we will happily exchange it for you! You will be responsible for the return shipping of the original item and for the price difference if the original item is priced lower than the one you are exchanging for.
If the original item is priced higher than the one you are exchanging for, we will credit you the difference.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that depending on your card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post.

Installments with Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without any interest.
How do I use Installments with Afterpay?
Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy!

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. How does the payment schedule work?
All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account.

What happens if I have a partial refund, and how does that affect my payments?
Afterpay will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Afterpay will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.
